We offer 30-day returns on eligible full-priced items from the date your order is delivered. To request a return, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@whitmorelane.co.uk. Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 14 days. Sale or promotional items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet our return conditions. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
Email us at info@whitmorelane.co.uk with your full name, order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. We'll then send you return instructions.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused and unwashed, in their original condition with all tags attached, returned in the original packaging where reasonably possible, and free from marks, odours, make-up, fake tan, or deodorant stains. Items may be tried on briefly for fit, but not worn beyond this. Items that don't meet these conditions may not be accepted.
For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, the following are not eligible for return unless faulty: earrings, lingerie, bodysuits where the hygiene seal has been removed, swimwear, and beauty or hygiene-sensitive items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item or valid proof of return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, incorrect, not as described, or required by law.
Unless an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, return shipping costs (and any customs duties or taxes) are the customer's responsibility. We strongly recommend using a tracked service — returns sent without tracking are at your own risk if lost in transit.
Please contact us at info@whitmorelane.co.uk within 72 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photographs. Where an item is confirmed faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we'll offer an appropriate remedy in line with applicable law.
If you'd like to cancel, please contact us at info@whitmorelane.co.uk as soon as possible. As orders can enter processing quickly, we can't guarantee a cancellation once it's placed. If your order has already been dispatched, you may need to wait for delivery and then follow our return policy.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees that may apply are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout. These charges are not refundable.
