Items may be tried on briefly for fit, but not worn beyond this. Items that don't meet these conditions may not be accepted.

For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, the following are not eligible for return unless faulty: earrings, lingerie, bodysuits where the hygiene seal has been removed, swimwear, and beauty or hygiene-sensitive items.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item or valid proof of return. Unless an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, return shipping costs (and any customs duties or taxes) are the customer's responsibility. We strongly recommend using a tracked service — returns sent without tracking are at your own risk if lost in transit.
